Resolving complex customer requests, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative III will manage incoming inquiries, coordinate service activities, and document interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handles incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from various customer segments

Required qualifications
