Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Service Representative - Iowa will address and resolve customer inquiries, manage high-volume calls, and document issues, all while working remotely from Iowa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with order placement and inquiries
  • Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for case filing information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Experience in document manipulation and problem-solving in a customer service context
