Job Summary

Handling customer inquiries and resolving service and billing issues, the full-time hourly Call Center / Customer Service IV will perform data entry, manage communications, and ensure accurate documentation in a professional office environment in Nashville, TN.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account issues
  • Analyze customer complaints to determine root causes and resolution paths
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years of customer service or related experience required
  • Experience handling customer service inquiries via phone and email
  • Strong ability to analyze customer accounts and billing/credit issues
