Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative - Kentucky will manage high-volume phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues related to existing orders in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support tickets, addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and guide new customers on placing orders online
  • Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filing as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
  • Experience with document manipulation and the ability to transcribe information accurately
  • Strong ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
