Job Summary
To support the Lending division, the full-time Customer Service Representative - Lending will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, manage incoming calls, and facilitate communication between clients and Business Service Specialists while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to qualify prospective clients for meetings with Business Service Specialists
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department and manage client information using the internal system
- Cross-sell additional Newtek services to enhance customer partnerships and support business growth
Required qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar role is advantageous
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
- Strong knowledge base of business lending products and services
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including holidays and weekends
