Job Summary
To support a service-oriented environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative - ME will assist members by coordinating transportation services, resolving inquiries, and documenting interactions while working remotely from Maine.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns, scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations as needed
- Document customer interactions and complaints accurately, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies while supporting a 24/7 contact center environment
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience in a high call volume setting
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Proficiency in quickly learning new technology and processes
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
