Job Summary

To support a service-oriented environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative - ME will assist members by coordinating transportation services, resolving inquiries, and documenting interactions while working remotely from Maine.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns, scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations as needed
  • Document customer interactions and complaints accurately, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies while supporting a 24/7 contact center environment
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience in a high call volume setting
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Proficiency in quickly learning new technology and processes
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
