Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to support client inquiries and provide service in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound client calls and chats, addressing a range of inquiries and providing timely resolutions
  • Serve as a resource for operations, policy, and procedure information, maintaining knowledge of various banking services
  • Act as the initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, documenting incidents and taking appropriate actions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Financial Services experience is preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
