Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and resolve customer questions, complaints, and requests
  • Utilize internal policies and procedures to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Log and retrieve information, perform data entry, and communicate responses within required turnaround times

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • General knowledge of office environment and business processes
  • General knowledge of eligibility verification and Medicaid program requirements
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar call center environment and/or industry
