Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle receipt of new cases, draft cases, and work with clients on missing information
- Assign/schedule cases to physicians, monitor case progress, and update clients regularly
- Ensure proper documentation is provided to clients and assist with other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree is preferred
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
- Must be able to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
- Ability to apply critical thinking in the job role
