Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle receipt of new cases, draft cases, and work with clients on missing information
  • Assign/schedule cases to physicians, monitor case progress, and update clients regularly
  • Ensure proper documentation is provided to clients and assist with other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • An Associate's Degree is preferred
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
  • Must be able to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
  • Ability to apply critical thinking in the job role
