Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I (Remote SC).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound client calls and chats, addressing a range of inquiries and providing timely resolutions
- Serve as a resource on operations, policy, and procedure information for associates and clients
- Act as the initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, documenting activities and taking appropriate actions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
