Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I (Remote SC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound client calls and chats, addressing a range of inquiries and providing timely resolutions
  • Serve as a resource on operations, policy, and procedure information for associates and clients
  • Act as the initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, documenting activities and taking appropriate actions


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
