Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Team Lead for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking inbound calls and providing referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County for Medicaid eligible consumers
  • Utilizing a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility
  • Completing additional administrative tasks to support the Care Coordination team

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience in insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology settings
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and occasional overtime
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
