Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Team Lead for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls and providing referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County for Medicaid eligible consumers
- Utilizing a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility
- Completing additional administrative tasks to support the Care Coordination team
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience in insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology settings
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and occasional overtime
- Must be 18 years of age or older
