Job Summary

A company is looking for a customer service representative trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and build trust with policy customers by addressing their unique needs
• Offer additional products to customers based on their requirements
• Complete training to gain a solid base of insurance knowledge for effective customer service

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
• A minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Must reside in one of the specified states
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Availability to work the specified training and post-training schedule
