Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and build trust with policy customers by servicing their unique needs
• Offer additional products to customers based on their requirements
• Participate in training to gain a solid base of insurance knowledge

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
• A minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Must reside in one of the specified states
• Availability to work the designated training and post-training schedule
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
