Customer Service Sales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Services & Sales Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for retail customers and trade professionals purchasing specialty lighting fixtures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards customers at all times
• Build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and provide prompt responses to inquiries
• Process orders and keep up-to-date on company offerings to ensure clients receive the best products

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience in the lighting, home building, or interior design industries
• Demonstrated experience supporting trade professionals such as interior designers, architects, or home builders
• Proficient with computers and CRM software
• Familiar with eCommerce Platforms like Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, or similar
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with minimal day-to-day supervision
