Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer member calls and provide accurate information and assistance
• Utilize the AAA sales model to cross-sell credit union products and services
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or sales
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to use a laptop, headset, and multiple monitors
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute; 10-Key experience preferred
