Job Summary
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, the part-time or full-time Customer Service Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, utilizing web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions and concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating interactions when necessary
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, while meeting defined sales objectives
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
