Job Summary
Providing comprehensive support to customers, the full-time Customer Service Sales Representative will engage with clients virtually to resolve inquiries, promote products, and enhance customer satisfaction while adhering to service delivery strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and account inquiries through various communication platforms
- Build consultative relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services

Required qualifications
