Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retain customers by persuading and upselling while reducing frustration and displeasure
• Handle back-to-back calls with care, empathy, and professionalism to provide the best customer experience
• Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns and negotiate the right solution

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer retention experience
• 2+ years of call center experience
• High school diploma, GED, college degree, or some college experience
• Ability to interpret contracts and perform quick calculations
• Active listening and negotiation skills
