Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage custom patch orders and coordinate timelines across sales, production, and fulfillment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers from order intake to delivery, ensuring a top-tier customer experience
  • Manage custom patch orders, including artwork details, proofs, and approvals while providing timely updates and problem resolution
  • Support workflow improvements and assist with special projects, bulk orders, and high-priority customers
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service, e-commerce, or operations experience
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify or ShipStation is a plus
  • Interest in military, tactical, or first-responder communities is preferred
