Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Process orders, verify documentation, and complete insurance verification
  • Facilitate resolution on customer complaints and problem solving

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan methodologies and documentation requirements preferred
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
