Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound calls and off-phone work related to Vehicle Protection Products
  • Explaining contract details, claim procedures, and coverage to customers
  • Addressing off-phone tasks including claim audits, processing payments, and handling payment requests

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in an office, call center, or customer contact environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to adapt to change and recognize process improvement opportunities
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a relevant environment or relevant certifications
