Job Summary

  • Handle inbound calls and emails, process orders, and resolve billing inquiries
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
  • Experience in the veterinary field preferred
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on nights and Saturdays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications
