Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Process orders, verify documentation, and complete insurance verification
  • Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and problem-solving

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work-related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
  • Exact job experience in Medicare certified tasks
  • Senior level requires two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience
  • General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan methodologies preferred
