Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a timely manner
- Process orders, verify documentation, and complete insurance verification
- Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and problem-solving
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- Exact job experience in Medicare certified tasks
- Senior level requires two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience
- General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan methodologies preferred
