Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and aid to consumers
- Manage approximately 20 calls daily (comfortable with extensive phone usage)
- Facilitate connections between consumers and authorized providers
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED as a minimum educational qualification
- 1-2 years of prior customer service experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Bluetooth and mobile devices is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
