Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support and aid to consumers
  • Manage approximately 20 calls daily (comfortable with extensive phone usage)
  • Facilitate connections between consumers and authorized providers

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED as a minimum educational qualification
  • 1-2 years of prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Bluetooth and mobile devices is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
