Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist/Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including onboarding new customers, processing orders, and developing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with various internal functions to ensure efficient order fulfillment
  • Drive simplification initiatives to enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3 years or more experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in IT tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working with ERP systems and/or CRM tools
  • Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry preferred
