Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist/Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including onboarding new customers, processing orders, and developing customer relationships
- Collaborate with various internal functions to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Drive simplification initiatives to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3 years or more experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Proficiency in IT tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working with ERP systems and/or CRM tools
- Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry preferred
