Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assist unassigned customer accounts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and professional resolutions
- Support partners with reports, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate logistics for events
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of customer service or account management experience
- Proficiency with CRM software, invoicing tools, and shipping logistics platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with order fulfillment and logistics processes is a plus
- Bonus points for Spanish language skills and experience with Salesforce or similar tools
