Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of medical record requests via phone
- Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release for all actions taken
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
