  • Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release for all actions taken
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
