Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders by addressing insurance questions, policy changes, and billing needs
- Handle inbound calls and assist with claims initiation and inquiries
- Promote digital self-service capabilities and utilize multiple computer applications accurately
Qualifications:
- Background in customer service, insurance, retail, or a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Experience in a Windows-based computer environment
- Ability to commit to the training and work schedule
