Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders by addressing insurance questions, policy changes, and billing needs
• Handle inbound calls and assist with claims initiation and inquiries
• Promote digital self-service capabilities and utilize multiple computer applications accurately

Qualifications:

• Background in customer service, insurance, retail, or a related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Experience in a Windows-based computer environment
• Ability to commit to the training and work schedule
