Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist responsible for supporting patients through the front-end process of home medical equipment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services while answering inbound and outbound calls
  • Process orders, verify insurance information, and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and meet quality assurance requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
  • Two years of work-related experience required for senior level positions
  • Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new technologies
