Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist responsible for supporting patients through the front-end process of home medical equipment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services while answering inbound and outbound calls
- Process orders, verify insurance information, and ensure documentation accuracy
- Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and meet quality assurance requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- Two years of work-related experience required for senior level positions
- Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new technologies
