Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls while documenting information according to standard procedures

Required Qualifications

  • One year of experience in a call center for healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance services
  • Two years of work-related experience is required for senior-level positions
  • Experience with Medicare certification is preferred
  • Proficiency in using multiple online EMR systems
