Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will manage patient interactions and ensure accurate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls while documenting information per standard procedures
  • Process orders, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
  • Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
  • For senior level, two years of experience and one year in a similar role are required
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
