Job Summary

- Initiates monthly service calls to low-volume accounts and updates customers on new programs and services
- Assists with customer issues such as missed shipments and backorders, striving for prompt resolution
- Processes customer orders and provides accurate answers to inquiries, escalating issues when necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Less than one year of directly related experience
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve customer issues creatively
