  • Processes customer orders and provides accurate answers to inquiries, escalating issues when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Less than one year of directly related experience
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve customer issues creatively
