Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chat, social media, or email in a polite and professional manner
• Work with customers to sustain and improve business relationships while addressing their issues or concerns
• Schedule delivery orders and handle general customer issues including account maintenance and soft collections

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S
