Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage patient billing inquiries and account resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all patient billing inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Assist patients in understanding billing statements and make necessary account corrections

Required Qualifications
