Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications
  • Maintain and update customer accounts while addressing customer issues and concerns
  • Schedule delivery orders and handle general customer inquiries and soft collections
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, or have authorization to work in the United States
