Job Summary
A company is looking for a CS Specialist I - Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
- Assist customers with digital banking services and troubleshoot issues with various computing environments
- Maintain adherence to service metrics and attend regular quality review and departmental meetings
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
- Knowledge and experience with Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
