Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism
• Quickly identify, assess, and resolve customer needs in real-time to ensure a positive experience
• Provide accurate, relevant, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to pass all training assessments and complete ongoing training as needed
• Strong accountability and ability to work independently
• Ability to work a 25-30 hour workweek
