Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily goal of 85 calls per day to assist clients with medical records requests
• Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release for all actions taken
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications
• 1+ year of Customer Service/Call Center experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
