Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction and provide efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate monthly service calls to low-volume accounts and update them on new programs and services
- Assist with customer issues such as missed shipments and backorders, striving for prompt resolution
- Process customer orders and provide accurate answers to inquiries, escalating issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Less than one year of directly related experience
- Familiarity with products, services, and pharmaceutical distribution operations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively
