Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate monthly service calls to low-volume accounts and update them on new programs and services
  • Assist with customer issues such as missed shipments and backorders, striving for prompt resolution
  • Process customer orders and provide accurate answers to inquiries, escalating issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Less than one year of directly related experience
  • Familiarity with products, services, and pharmaceutical distribution operations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively
