Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate monthly service calls to low-volume accounts and provide updates on products and services
- Assist customers with issues such as missed shipments and backorders, ensuring prompt resolution
- Process customer orders and maintain communication with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Less than one year of directly related experience
- Familiarity with company products and services
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills
