Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate monthly service calls to low-volume accounts and provide updates on products and services
  • Assist customers with issues such as missed shipments and backorders, ensuring prompt resolution

Required Qualifications
  • Completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Less than one year of directly related experience
  • Familiarity with company products and services
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational skills
