Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist responsible for providing quality customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Process contact lens orders accurately and efficiently from multiple channels
- Provide First Contact Resolution for all communication channels as applicable
- Maintain knowledge of products, prices, and policies to effectively service customers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle an average of 75+ customer contacts per day
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
