Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist responsible for providing quality customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process contact lens orders accurately and efficiently from multiple channels
  • Provide First Contact Resolution for all communication channels as applicable
  • Maintain knowledge of products, prices, and policies to effectively service customers
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle an average of 75+ customer contacts per day
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
