Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processes contact lens orders accurately and efficiently from multiple channels
  • Provides First Contact Resolution for customer inquiries across all communication channels
  • Maintains knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers and sales representatives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment required; B2B experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, with the ability to type at least 40 wpm accurately
  • Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; advanced preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
