Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes contact lens orders accurately and efficiently from multiple channels
- Provides First Contact Resolution for customer inquiries across all communication channels
- Maintains knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers and sales representatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment required; B2B experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Excellent computer skills, with the ability to type at least 40 wpm accurately
- Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; advanced preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
