Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist in the Gilbert, AZ area.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes contact lens orders accurately and efficiently from multiple channels
- Provides First Contact Resolution for all communication channels as applicable
- Maintains knowledge of products, prices, and policies to effectively service customers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment required; B2B experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.com preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while multitasking
