Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist in the Gilbert, AZ area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processes contact lens orders accurately and efficiently from multiple channels
  • Provides First Contact Resolution for all communication channels as applicable
  • Maintains knowledge of products, prices, and policies to effectively service customers
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment required; B2B experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while multitasking
