Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Process contact lens orders accurately and efficiently from multiple channels
- Provide First Contact Resolution for all communication channels
- Maintain knowledge of products and policies to effectively assist customers and sales representatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
