Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process contact lens orders accurately and efficiently from multiple channels
  • Provide First Contact Resolution for all communication channels
  • Maintain knowledge of products and policies to effectively assist customers and sales representatives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
