Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to handle customer inquiries and support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to customer account questions and processes payments over the phone
- Advises customers on available resources and directs calls for assistance with delinquent accounts
- Assists with administrative tasks and supports new hire training efforts
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or relevant experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
- Availability for two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every five weeks
