Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist II in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls regarding account questions, product information, and customer requests while resolving issues independently
  • Assist customers with digital banking services across various computing environments and maintain knowledge of banking products
  • Meet performance metrics for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction while participating in ongoing development meetings


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
  • At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Preferred experience includes six months of outbound calling and sales experience
