Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
  • Process inbound calls, assist with digital banking services, and manage customer transactions
  • Attend quality review and departmental meetings for ongoing development and adherence to service metrics


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience; banking or financial institution experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Android and Apple products, along with supported web browsers and operating systems
