Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with both Apple and Android products, as well as digital banking services
