Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist responsible for handling customer inquiries and account maintenance in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with billing questions and account maintenance
  • Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot online inquiries in a timely manner
  • Document accounts and maintain compliance with company policies while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computers is required
  • Access to high-speed internet via ethernet cable is required
  • Previous experience managing a steady flow of incoming calls
  • Strong customer service and/or call center background is preferred
