Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist responsible for handling customer inquiries and account maintenance in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with billing questions and account maintenance
- Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot online inquiries in a timely manner
- Document accounts and maintain compliance with company policies while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with computers is required
- Access to high-speed internet via ethernet cable is required
- Previous experience managing a steady flow of incoming calls
- Strong customer service and/or call center background is preferred
