Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide proactive customer support and manage service-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers across the EMEA region
  • Prepare accurate quotations and manage customer orders and opportunities
  • Support Sales and Project Managers with order entry, invoicing, and follow-up activities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
  • Italian language skills are a strong advantage but not essential
  • Previous experience in quotations, order processing, or customer support within a technical or service-based environment is preferred
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is required (no visa sponsorship available)
